How it works

Every athlete in the program follows a structured development system designed to improve mechanics, increase velocity, and build long-term durability. The process is simple, structured, and individualized for each pitcher.

Step 1 — Apply for
Coaching

Athletes begin by submitting an application to determine if the program is a good fit. This allows us to understand your current level, goals, training background, and mechanical profile.

Because coaching spots are limited, applications help ensure every athlete receives detailed attention and individualized programming.

Once your application is reviewed, you will be able to select the coaching option that best fits your development goals.

Step 2 — Mechanical Assessment

You will submit high-quality pitching video from specific angles so your delivery can be analyzed in detail. This evaluation breaks down key areas including:

• force production
• timing and sequencing
• arm path efficiency
• pelvis and trunk mechanics
• energy transfer through the delivery

This process identifies the mechanical constraints that are limiting performance.

Step 3 — Individualized Training Plan

After the evaluation, you receive a fully individualized training program built around your mechanics, physical profile, and development goals.

Your program may include:

• mechanical drill progressions
• throwing progressions
• strength and power training
• mobility work
• arm care protocols

Every component is designed to support the mechanical changes being made.

Step 4 — Strength & Physical Development

Pitching performance is not only determined by mechanics. Strength, power, and physical capacity play a major role in a pitcher’s ability to produce velocity and maintain durability throughout a season.

Athletes in the program follow structured strength and physical development training designed specifically for pitchers.

Training may include:

• lower body strength development
• rotational power training
• force production and ground reaction force work
• mobility and movement quality training
• shoulder and arm durability work

These programs are built to complement mechanical adjustments so the body has the physical capacity to support more efficient movement patterns.

Step 5 — Ongoing Mechanical Coaching

Each submission receives detailed feedback including:

• mechanical breakdowns
• adjustment recommendations
• drill modifications
• progression updates

This allows athletes to make consistent progress while ensuring adjustments are implemented correctly.

Step 6 — Long Term Development

Pitching development takes time. The program is designed to create sustainable improvements in mechanics, velocity, and durability over months of consistent work.

Through ongoing coaching, feedback, and programming adjustments, athletes continue progressing toward higher levels of performance.
