Mechanical Analysis

Every athlete receives a detailed breakdown of their pitching mechanics using high-speed video and frame-by-frame analysis. We identify inefficiencies in sequencing, posture, arm action, and energy transfer through the kinetic chain.

The goal is to pinpoint exactly what is limiting velocity, command, or durability.

Individualized Mechanical Corrections

No two pitchers move the same. Mechanical adjustments are tailored to your body type, mobility, and natural throwing pattern.

Corrections focus on improving efficiency while maintaining the athlete’s natural movement style.

Drill Based Development

Mechanical improvements are built through targeted constraint drills and skill development exercises.

Each drill is designed to reinforce proper movement patterns, improve timing, and help the body learn efficient throwing mechanics.

Arm Path & Timing Optimization

Arm path and timing are critical to velocity and arm health.

Through mechanical analysis and specific drills, we optimize the arm action so the arm works in sync with the lower half and trunk rotation.

Video Feedback & Breakdown

Athletes receive detailed video breakdowns explaining their mechanics and the adjustments being made.

This allows pitchers to clearly understand their movement patterns and accelerate the learning process.

Long Term Mechanical Development

Mechanical development is a process. Each athlete follows a structured progression designed to improve efficiency, velocity potential, and long-term durability.

The goal is not just short-term improvement but building elite pitching mechanics over time.

If you want, I can also help you build 3 additional “premium looking” sections that make your mechanical page feel more advanced than most pitching coaches' websites, like:

What my athletes say

“Working with Frank has completely changed the way I approach pitching development. The level of detail in the mechanical analysis and the training programming is something I hadn't experienced before. Every adjustment had a purpose, and the feedback was extremely specific to what I needed. Since starting the program, my delivery has become much more efficient and repeatable, and I feel more confident on the mound knowing exactly what I’m working on. The combination of mechanical coaching and performance training makes it a complete system for pitchers who want to develop at a high level.”

"Frank’s understanding of pitching mechanics and movement patterns is extremely high level.

What stood out to me most was how detailed his feedback is. Every adjustment we worked on had a clear purpose, and the drills always translated directly into my delivery.

It’s helped me become a more efficient pitcher and given me a better understanding of how my body should move when I throw. I feel much more confident in my mechanics and the work we’re doing moving forward."*

"Frank has a really strong understanding of pitching mechanics and how the body should move through the delivery. What I appreciated most is that everything we worked on had a clear purpose and translated directly into how I felt on the mound.

The feedback was detailed and the adjustments were practical, which made it easier to actually apply them during my throwing sessions.

It’s helped me clean up some inefficiencies in my delivery and given me a better understanding of how to continue developing as a pitcher at the professional level."

"I’ve been working with Frank for the past four years, and he’s played a huge role in my development as a pitcher. Over that time he’s helped me refine my mechanics, understand how my body should move through the delivery, and build a better overall approach to training.

What I’ve always appreciated is how detailed his coaching is and how everything we work on has a clear purpose. The adjustments and drills have helped me continue improving year after year.

With the work we’ve put in, I’ve been able to develop my stuff and get my fastball up to 97 mph. Frank has been a big part of that progress and my growth as a pitcher."*

"One of the most interesting things about working with Frank has been learning about the Japanese approach to pitching mechanics. The way he breaks down movement, timing, and how the body should work through the delivery really changed the way I think about pitching.

Instead of just trying to throw harder, we focused on how to move more efficiently and let the body create velocity naturally. The drills and adjustments we worked on helped me feel more connected through my delivery and gave me a much better understanding of my mechanics.

It’s been a really unique approach compared to anything I’ve done before."
